SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER

As SPM, I led the strategy and execution of large-scale, high-profile events with budgets of up to $2.5M, delivering premium experiences for world-class brands, including Rolex, Wells Fargo, Molson Coors, and Patek Philippe. From transforming Rodeo Drive into an elegant venue for GEARYS x Rolex to designing Wells Fargo’s 5,600 sq. ft. VIP lounge experience, I oversaw every detail—from permitting, Beverly Hills City council presentations, vendor management, to creative development and on-site execution. I also managed Miller Lite’s multi-city music festival tour, successfully overseeing a $650K+ budget. I mentor and developed junior producers, providing hands-on guidance across projects. My leadership consistently delivered operational excellence, elevated brand presence, and measurable client impact.

In my role at Jack Morton, I established the first Production position within the Brand Partnerships team, serving as a key liaison between talent, talent management, and brand clients. I led production for high-impact programs including the Miller Time Social activation at Austin City Limits, where I oversaw a $100K budget, drove 2,000+ attendees per day, and managed all communications and on-site logistics. As Lead Producer for Coors Light’s Aloha Golf Classic with Patrick Mahomes, I developed and executed the full event program, strengthening the brand’s partnership with the athlete. I played a pivotal role in evolving talent strategy for major campaigns, including Serena Williams’s “Strength Made Me” Super Bowl initiative, where I helped secure 16 athletes and negotiated contracts that generated over 6.6M social impressions.

PRODUCTION MANAGER - ADIDAS

I led end-to-end production for key adidas brand experiences, including NYC activations, athlete appearances, and major events like the United Soccer Convention and NYC/LA Marathons. My work directly contributed to a 70% increase in club memberships per activation and helped secure 10 future program opportunities. I successfully drove consumer engagement and product marketing strategy across events like the Real Madrid Appearance and adidas Women’s Series, consistently hitting key performance metrics while collaborating with local New York artists to foster authentic community connections. I also led strategy development and client pitches, overseeing scopes of work, budgets, KPIs, and multi-city tour planning, ensuring each campaign delivered measurable brand impact.
